Hayward Planning
Hayward Planning has been a client of GAX since 2009. In that time GAX helped structure and arrange capital for several development projects including Eastwood Towne Center in Lansing Township, MI and Victories Square in Petosky, MI. As part of our services, GAX helped develop and pass PACE program legislation on Native American land. The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Energy Improvement Program is the first PACE program allowing access to PACE financing on Native American lands.
Eastwood Towne Center
The Eastwood Towne Center project located in Lansing Township, MI is a large open-air shopping and lifestyle center. GAX worked as a consultant and project manager for the placement of bonds for this $MM project.
Victories Square
Victories Square is a mixed-use development project in Petoskey, MI. GAX provided debt restructuring, program establishment, loan origination and management services for the $32MM Phase I project.
LTBB Waganakising Energy Improvement Program
As part of our services, GAX assisted in the development and passing of the first Native American Energy Improvement Program legislation for access to C-PACE capital on Tribal lands.
